　用法・用量を守ってご利用ください

【ルール】

1.モーションデータの再配布禁止。一部分でもダメよ。
2.商用利用禁止。

3.動画内か説明文で「クレジット」か「配布動画のURL」を表記して下さい。
　ニコニコ動画では「コンテンツツリーの登録」をしてくれたら喜びます。　

4.このファイルによって発生したいかなる問題において、mokaは責任を負いかねます。

5.自作表情の配布OK。自作カメラの配布OK。
「商用禁止・再配布禁止・クレジットの表記」これを守ってもらえれば、"動画を作るために"違う曲で使おうが、改変しようが、FBXに変換しようが、VRで使おうが、だいたい大丈夫です。
 
最近下記の件が多くなり新しい作品の配布をやめました
pixivFANBOXやfantiaやPATREON等で有料限定公開とか禁止
○動画を全体公開しそのうえで支援を募る→寄付なのでOK
×有料支援者のみに公開→販売行為にあたるのでダメ

3.Please indicate "credit" or "URL of the distributed video" in the video or in the description.
　In Nico Nico Douga, im glad if you register "the contents tree".

4. im not responsible for any problems caused by this file.

5. You can distribute your own facial expressions and cameras

i have recently stopped distributing new works due to the following incidents

Prohibit the limited release of paid works on pixivFANBOX, fantia, PATREON, etc.
○ Release the video to the public and ask for support → OK because it's a donation.
×x Release the video to paying supporters only→Not allowed as it is an act of selling.
